The Capital Preparatory Magnet School Parent Teacher Organization is pleased to announce the 2013/2014 C-Prep Magnet Senior Scholarship Award. We would like to thank all our scholars who applied for a scholarship and congratulate Kharla Colon who was selected as this year’s recipient.
This scholarship was funded by the families of Capital Prep who participated in fundraisers throughout the 2013/2014 school year produced by the Capital Preparatory Magnet School Parent Teacher Organization.
We are very grateful to those families for making this scholarship possible and to the Scholarship Committee for all their time, support and dedication.
PTO Board members, Capital Prep PTO Treasurer, Delicia Arnold-Williams and Co-President Felicia Goodwine-Vaughters were on hand at the 2014 C-Prep Scholarship Reception on May 6th at 6:00 PM to present Ms. Colon with the one-time $500.00 award.
