Lyman Orchards is a family owned business located right in Middlefield CT. All of their pies are handmade onsite, using their own apples, and their own whole fruit family recipe. Pies are delivered frozen with baking instructions attached. Fresh and local ingredients make these pies a Connecticut favorite!
